Handmade after you order

Every Atelier Paola Liguori necklace is handmade by me in Porto, Portugal, after you place your order. I make, pack and ship your order within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Where I ship

I ship to Portugal, all of Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. At the moment I do not ship to Brazil or the United States. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to me.

Shipping costs

  • Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira): €3.90
  • Rest of Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway): €4.90
  • Free on orders of €70 or more, to Portugal and all of Europe
  • Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand: €16

The final amount is always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times

Once shipped, your necklace usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days within Europe. Times depend on the country and the local postal service, and some destinations may take a little longer.

Shipping and tracking

All orders are sent by CTT registered mail (Portuguese post) with a tracking number. Once your order ships you receive a tracking link, plus automatic emails when it is out for delivery, when it is ready for pickup and when it has been delivered.

When the parcel reaches your country, delivery is handled by your local postal service, and CTT tracking is not always updated after that point. If the status says it has reached the destination country and nothing changes, check the same number on your local postal service's website. For example:

Delivery attempts and pickup points

If you are not home, your local post office may leave the parcel at a pickup point near you. They usually let you know, but not always, so I recommend keeping an eye on the tracking. That way the parcel is not sent back and your necklace reaches you sooner.

What if my order gets lost?

If your order does not arrive, email me. I will open an investigation with CTT and we will sort it out together: you choose between a new necklace or a refund. You will never lose out.

Customs and duties

There are no import duties within the European Union. For countries outside the EU, such as the UK, Switzerland and Norway, the local postal service may charge import taxes or fees. These are paid by the recipient.
